From Canada, we present the US premieres of two documentaries about adoptees reconnecting with
their birth families. Together, these films illustrate the breadth of

David is a troubled Korean adoptee struggling to cope with Tourettes
and manic depression. In a desperate act, his adoptive Canadian
parents return him to his birthplace in South Korea to reunite with
his birth father. But can a reunion provide the answers and help David
turn his life around?
